At TMI, we have a group of dedicated, extremely hard working and super smart clinicians who have made a crazy notion of developing a centre of excellence for the treatment of the diabetic foot, a reality. Our success is a product of everyone's hard work and insightful input. We are challenged every day with trying to find new ways to solve the diabetic foot problems that present to us. We are successful most of the time, but we always need that challenge in order to remain innovative. And on that theme, I thought  that we should challenge ourselves mentally, physically and emotionally, as a team, by entering the Tough Mudder Challenge in September, at Mt St Louis, north of Toronto . With a bit of clever salemenship, I managned to rope them all (and my wife!) into it!  We started it as a great team and finished it even better. There were the evevitable cuts, bruises and unusual skin and upper airway infections, but all in all we came out better, from a primary objective perspective. Some highlights. Enjoy. PVM
